It normally takes a couple of weeks for a new Broadband to be connected but in many cases this can be expedited to a few days by our dedicated provisioning team.
We provide you with the peace of mind that our network has been built and maintained to deal with any circumstances. Should the worse happen and you lose connection our business care maintenance plan ensures your circuit is prioritized to restore service as soon as possible. In the meantime, all incoming calls can be diverted to any landline or mobile number to maintain communication with your customers. The divert can be set up to be active automatically the circuit fails or immediately after you contact the service desk.
